Consultation
The first step to starting your project is scheduling a time to meet, defining a clear vision for your home and putting a plan in place to get you there. I'll guide you through the process of design and construct, set a budget and explore opportunities to ensure you get the best value for your money.
Proposal
Now that we've defined your vision, I'll prepare a detailed proposal for your project with a comprehensive breakdown allowing you to make an informed decision before progressing to contracts and permits.
Contract
Once you are satisfied with the proposal a contract will be prepared on your behalf and I'll meet with you to go through it in detail, so we can proceed with confidence.
Permits
Supporting documentation will be prepared and an application for a building permit will be submitted to the relevant building surveyor in preparation for construction.
Construction
The construction, renovation or extension of your home will commence and your project will be my number one priority. The build process will be executed efficiently in accordance with the plans and supporting documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
Handover
Congratulations, your new home is complete. An occupancy permit and handover package will be presented on-site. However, my commitment to you doesn't end here and I look forward to staying connected for many years to come.
