Consultation
The first step to starting your project is scheduling a time to meet with us, defining a clear vision for your home and putting a plan in place to get your there. We'll guide you through the process of design and construct, set a budget and explore opportunities to ensure you get the best value.
Book a consultationDesign
We'll work with you to understand your design intentions and create concept drawings. We'll also set realistic expectations around the required documentation, permit applications, construction, project timeframes and delivery.
Pre-Construction
With the concept design now finalised, we'll start preparing working drawings, obtain the structural engineering and supporting documentation, and provide you with a fixed price quotation in preparation for contract signing.
Permit
Preparing and submitting an application for a building permit can be a bit daunting if you've never done it before. We understand what's required and can take care of the whole process on your behalf. Whatever your needs or preferences, we'll tailor a service to suit you, so your project can commence without delay.
Construction
Before we commence construction, we establish a clear set of expectations for owners, tradespeople and other stakeholders. Our company values are an important part of the build process as we ensure a good workplace culture, a clean site and shared vision for excellence and workplace safety. We implement strategic planning with an aim to exceed expectations throughout all stages of your project.
Handover
With your home now complete, we ensure your well informed, comfortable and settled in for the long term. We'll provide you with a handover booklet filled with everything you need and guide your through the defects liability period. We don't consider this goodbye, we're simply giving you time to enjoy your new home as we'll stay in touch and see you soon!
